VISITING REGIME IN FAVOR OF GRANDPARENTS AND RELATIVES
There are times when parents prevent grandparents from seeing and developing a normal relationship with their grandchildren. We say grandparents but we refer to any family member (adult brother, uncles) or people close to the minors.
Many clients think there is no solution. But there is. We have managed to reunite many clients with their grandchildren and nephews after a period in which they have been deprived of their presence. We can request a visitation regime so that the children can return to enjoy with our client some afternoons, weekends and holidays.
