GUARD AND CUSTODY
Child custody is the utmost concern of parents in family crisis situations. And it's normal. Depending on custody, other measures are also decided, such as alimony and the right to use the family home.
Custody can be exercised exclusively by one parent (single-parent custody) or can be exercised by both parents (shared custody). Far from general thinking, shared custody does not have to be only for fortnights or weeks. It's about finding the best formula for each family.
In our office we try to make a “tailor-made suit” for each client based on their work schedules, those of the other parent, the children's activities and the help they have from extended family members.
The custody established in a ruling can be modified if the circumstances of the parents have changed or new needs of the children arise.
