ALIMONY

In all divorce, separation or adoption procedures, it is necessary to establish the way in which the parents contribute to the support of the children's ordinary expenses. This does not mean that a specific amount must always be established as alimony. Another myth about alimony is the popular belief about the non-existence of alimony when there is shared joint custody. It doesn't always have to be like this. Each family is different and deserves a personalized solution.

The pension established in a sentence can also be modified when there is a substantial change. If a parent loses their job, or starts a work activity that generates higher income, there are new children or new burdens... etc.

We are also in charge of collecting that alimony that the parent forced to pass has voluntarily stopped paying.
